    There is no support for RedHat 7.2.
    I recommend you install the latest RedHat 7.3 kernel (currently 2.4.18-24.7.x),
    then pick a matching ntfs module.
  RedHat 7.3 (Valhalla)
    Most recent RedHat 7.3 kernels are supported.
  RedHat 8.0 (Pysche)
    All RedHat 8.0 kernels are supported.

No, for stability and (I believe) legal reasons.

Beware: there are all sorts of warnings about using the ntfs driver.
