SO_ORIGINAL_DST in RH 7.3?

Hi,
is the SO_ORIGINAL_DST option implemented in RH 7.3?  My little trial
program kept getting ENOPROTOOPT errors from getsockopt(), so I think it
is not, though the linux/netfilter_ipv4.h header file was there and has
the option defined.  Would it be implemented in RH 8.0?

Does anyone know how I could programmatically get the original
destination address for a TCP connection that has been REDIRECTed with
iptables?
