Sorry for my misunderstanding - I guessed that you number your
patches.

I cannot reproduce both issues on my system with kernel 
linux-2.6.37.

	I did not observe short system freezes.
	I did not observe kernel crash.


Sorry for delay - I have to repair crashed partition before new test.
