Red Hat 5 Enterprise Server 5 question

Just a general question.  Do you think that Red Hat 5 Enterprise Server 
OS is stable to install on a production syste?  Currently all our 
systems are still using RHE 4.  I have a new system that's going into 
production and I wanted to install RHE 5 on it.  Anything I need to know 
or worry  about?
