Using system-config-lvm

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I've got RHEL 5 and launch system-config-lvm gui.

When I select one of the 6 disks in my system and click "initialize entity" I get
an error

pvcreate Can't open /dev/sde1 exclusively - Mounted filesystem?

This drive system ID is set to "Linux raid auto" f2.

How do I get LVM to initialize the drive?

Thanks.
