Public key for perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-2

I am trying to upgrade the perl packages on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
release 6.3 (Santiago)

I am getting the error when I try "yum update perl"

Downloading Packages:

Public key for perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-2.027-1.el6.x86_64.rpm is not
installed.

I see that perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-2.027-1.el6.x86_64.rpm repository is
epel6-64-main and not a rhel server.

Where do I get the public key and how do I install it?  I did install
perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-debuginfo-2.027-1.el6.x86_64.rpm; that didn't help.
