access denied in command prompt

Hello,
i am typing a command in command prompt and once i hit enter  , it says the
command is not a valid win32 application.
the command is F:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.4\php.exe and my default drive is c
drive
I have mentoined this(F:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.4\php.exe) in environment
variables path also, but still same message , please guide me.

Need this to work on prado framework

Please guide me.
