could you tell me the $full_url_to_same_server's value when it run?
 fopen($full_url_to_same_server, "rb") 
  
 if you used http protocol, you can test the target server via "telnet"
 telnet host port
 check port 80

ping www.mydomain.com showing request time out

but www.mydomain.com is opening when i type it in browser.

then what else i have to check for fopen($full_url_to_same_server, "rb") problem
