I'd suggest this is rather a trivial problem whereby you connect to a database, run one simple "select" query, and loop round results building a simple string containing <UL> and <LI>. There are many tutorials out there showing how to "mysql_connect", then "mysql_query", then "while($row = mysql_fetch_array()". I use the "." operator to concatenate strings, then "echo" to put it out the screen.....

What is the code you are using right now, what is this end result you 
need in HTML, and what error(s) are you getting?
