if you want to write a flash game you'll have to write lots of actionscript, and debugging that will be impossible if your write it all as simple [php] strings which your passing into Ming. your going to need Flash or some free Flash dev env (like FlashDevelop, as Ashley suggested, assuming its upto the job)
