I recently downgraded from a build of 5.3 to 5.2.6 on OS X, and had a bit of time figuring out what was going on when "make install" didn't seem to actually copy the CLI binary and Apache SO to their target spots. Has anyone else seen this problem? What category would a bug report for this be under? It's a build/install issue, but there's no particular category for these beyond compile issues...
