Viewscan Can do it.

Go to 'professional' mode and change the setting to "film"  "area" and 'resolution mode.

I just did some 8x10 scans… on the glass….  but you may have to put a `
little snippet of tape on the corners to hold the film 'flatter'.

I wanted a scan of a slightly smaller area than the full 8x10 to make a neg
for a non-silver print.
