Yoram, it appears that no one has addressed the "how to upload" part of your email.  Go to your home page, your account, and you should see a place to upload a photo to your photostream.  From there you can post it to the group.

And, yes, Marilyn, you can view all the photos posted without a Flickr account.  Only if you want to post an image yourself, you will need to go through the registration process.
