Yeah. Bah humbug. Larry Lessig, the creator of the Creative Commons license idea, is finally realizing just how bad it is to not get paid for your effort when you're a professional. He must have signed some of those contracts for writers from all the magazines and newspapers he's been writing for during the last 5 years.
Next think you know he'll start talking about copyright with no expiration date. Won't that be amazing...
