Linux-PAM 0.99.6.0 released

Hello,

The Linux-PAM developement team is pleased to announce the release
of version 0.99.6.0.

The biggest change is the switch from sgml to xml for the guides.
The advantage is, that we have only one source for the guides, manual
pages and READMEs so that they will not run out of sync again.

Release 0.99.6.0

* pam_namespace: Code cleanup, add init script to tar archive.
* pam_succeed_if: Add support for service match.
* Add xtests (to run after installation).
* Documentation: Convert sgml guides to XML, unify documentation
  for PAM functions and modules.
