fedora has a good support team of users Free, And so does Redhat through
subscription.
From my friends e-mail I can only guess that his current setup involves Windows desktops and Unix/Linux servers. Given that, what would a Fedora or RHEL solution look like?
BTW, I've e-mailed him some questions about his network setup and critical applications, but have not heard back, yet.
