Yes and the school gave me the license on paper.  However, the Windows
XP media had to be returned to the University the next day.

I did have to sign a license agreement, I'll see if I can find a copy of
the agreement, provided I'm not prohibited by Copyright, which I
probably am, I'll post it to your blog.
