Dan,

You should re-think the whole freeware listing you have.

Ad-aware isn't free except to home users.  Winamp is no more or less
free than real player.  There are others that are of a similar license.

Some of your free software is truly free software.  IE:  Linux, MySQL,
OpenOffice, etc.

I don't suppose you set yourself up as a reseller of some of the 'free'
products.  

Free is about more than the cost of the software.  Free is about
freedom.  The right of an individual to use, share, and change the
software that they chose to use.

If your goal is to support/endorse open source solutions then you need
to be much more restrictive in what you are including.
