openh323 library need to be configured for h263 for openmcu to use h.263.

set the directory for H263 using RFC2190-compatible ffmpeg, created
as documented above.

./configure --enable-rfc2190avcodec <ffmpeg directory>
make

Plugins when install on unix are usually installed in: /usr/local/lib/pwlib

in openh323 library directory use:

	make install

to install the plugins (may need root access depending on your setup).

You also need to install "libavcodec.so" from ffmpeg. I don't
remember is the make install installs it.

After enabling h263 you need to rebuild openmcu.

My directory looks like:

$ ls -R /usr/local/lib/pwlib

codecs devices libavcodec.so

/usr/local/lib/pwlib/codecs:
audio

/usr/local/lib/pwlib/codecs/audio:
g726_audio_pwplugin.so ilbc_audio_pwplugin.so
lpc10_audio_pwplugin.so
gsm0610_audio_pwplugin.so ima_adpcm_audio_pwplugin.so
speex_audio_pwplugin.so

/usr/local/lib/pwlib/devices:

Hope this helps.

Mark

ps. I have a OS X PPC binary that I will be posting soon with GUI
overtop of the command line, if anyone want to test it on OS X 10.3
or 10.4. Sorry I did not compile it for intel Macs yet.
