NTSB TO HOLD MEDIA BRIEFING ON CALIFORNIA HELICOPTER 
ACCIDENT AT 12:00 PM PDT

The National Transportation Safety Board will hold a press 
briefing today on its investigation into the helicopter 
crash that occurred on Tuesday, August 5, near Redding, 
California. The briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. (PDT).  
NTSB Member Kitty Higgins will conduct the briefing.  The 
briefing will be held at the Red Lion Hotel, 1830 Hilltop 
Drive, Redding, California.
