The National Transportation Safety Board is sending a

The NTSB will investigate the circumstances

in heavy fog.
Tom Roth-Roffy will serve as Investigator-in-Charge
for the four-member team. NTSB Member Debbie Hersman will
accompany the team and serve as spokesperson for the on-
scene investigation. Peter Knudson is the NTSB press
officer accompanying the team.
When the team arrives in San Francisco this evening,
Knudson will be able to be reached on his cell phone, 202-
