I only know of two toolchains.  The first is crosstools and there is a
page of prebuilt binary packages:
http://www.freaknet.org/martin/crosstool/packages/

The other one would be codesourcery:
http://www.codesourcery.com/gnu_toolchains/arm

I just thought I would mention them, didn't check to see if they work with
the ARM926.
