Hi Mulyadi Santosa,

 

I have executed the following commands, to build the kernel, after making changes to the kernel configuration file .config, using make menuconfig.

 

make all

make modules_install

make install

After executing these commands the vmlinuz, initrd, System.map are created and copied to the respective locations.

 

Please let me know how do I make sure that the initrd Image is created correctly.

OK, are you sure you have correctly rebuild the initrd image?
