insmod: can't read 'ip_queue': No such file or directory?

Does anyone know how I might fix this error? I am running Fedora Core 2 
fully patched and iptables-1.2.11, kernel vmlinuz-2.6.10-1.9_FC2smp.

# ./insmod ip_queue
insmod: can't read 'ip_queue': No such file or directory
