This gives the syntax error:

threads=0:bframes=2:b-adapt=2:partitions=all:cabac:nopsnr:nossim:frameref=2:me=umh:merange=16:subme=6:trellis=0:psy-rd=1,1:bitrate=1800
-oac lavc -lavcopts acodec=vorbis:aq=5
Take off the :qa and replace with any abitrate and you get ~52K vorbis no
matter what, according to mediainfo and my ear.
