This gives the syntax error:

"C:\Bin\mencoder.exe" "C:\Bin\BS04E23.mkv" -o "D:\enc_out\BS04E23.mkv"  -ovc
x264 -x264encopts
-oac lavc -lavcopts acodec=vorbis:aq=5

Take off the :qa and replace with any abitrate and you get ~52K vorbis no
matter what, according to mediainfo and my ear.
