How to play rtsp stream with mplayer using live555 libs?

Please try this stream with and without -rtsp-stream-over-tcp:
rtsp://real.ucar.edu/mms/eol/nsfuw/guy-brasseur.mp4

If it only works with -rtsp-stream-over-tcp, it means your network setup does
not allow UDP, but your source only provides UDP.
