maximum resolution: how to extend ?

I am also very interested in this question. In my case, my sources are synthetic but I also want to play back 2560x1600 and 4096x2160 resolution files. How is this possible? I know that GPUs limit decode to 2048x2048, but is that going to change? What about using multiple streams and synchronizing them to the screen? Does any developer know whether this limit can be easily extended ? I just downloaded the svn repository to check if this could be patched, but I am not familiar with the code and there are over 500 occurences of the string "2048" in the .c source files... A pointer would be greatly appreciated. > > best regards, > Adrian > > -- > "Feel free" - 10 GB Mailbox, 100 FreeSMS/Monat ... > Jetzt GMX TopMail testen: http://www.gmx.net/de/go/topmail > _______________________________________________ > MPlayer-users mailing list > MPlayer-users at mplayerhq.hu > https://lists.mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/mplayer-users > -- www.scottdraves.com
