The patch titled
     Subject: kmemleak-change-some-global-variables-to-int-v4
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kmemleak-change-some-global-variables-to-int-v4.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kmemleak-change-some-global-variables-to-int.patch
