Since there was no Red Hat Enterprise Linx before 2.1, there is no
"upgrade" feature in the installer.

If you are going to purchase RHEL 3, why not use your support
entitlement to help you migrate?

In any case, you'd be better off installing RHEL 3 on a machine, and
move your data and apps over. If the other two are the same, you could
clone the first install. If not, you can repeat the first step for
those. Are there a lot of third party or custom apps installed?
