mail issue

I am still trying to track down some mail goblins and I received this email with the following headers 
and was wondering if any mail experts out there could answer the following questions:


I know this message ended up at one of my mail servers: what I cannot
figure out is why it was accepted for delivery. This message apparently
was sent to csp_ymca@xxxxxxxxxx, but I do not host this domain nor do I
know this user.I know this is most likely a spoof but it seems to me
this should have been rejected at the MTA unless there is a hidden
recipient in there I cannot see ... or I am blind.
