Microsoft Access to Postgresql

Hello Managers,

I have an interesting problem that needs an unique
solution.

Problem is that I have an in house Microsoft Access
database with about 100K records that needs to have
one large export and sync daily to postgresql.  Only
portions of the Access database will be going into
postgresql.

I have an ODBC driver for Windows to Postgresql,
however I still need to find or devolop a solution to
sync new records inserted into Access database
nightly.  Any help or suggestions greatly needed.
