postgresql and stunnel

Can anyone point me in the right direction to setup a tomcat app server to
talk to a postgresql server over stunnel?  All the references I've found
online seem to be for an older version of stunnel as the commandline options
given don't work.

I'm running postgres-8.0.3 and stunnel-4.04-4 on a RHEL3 box.
