syslogin restriction

I like to restrict the users in my concern in stipulated time and I posted
here before two days. I got response from Brian and Richard that to edit
/etc/security/time.conf but Iam unable to make it.Iam very gratful to them It
was the file but the examples they had given confused me.My need is like that
the users can work on only stipulated time that is if 2 to 5pm means they
cannot exceed to that.pls help me to sort it out.Response is
appreciated.waiting for the response
