enabling NIC to work in Full Duplex mode

Dear Managers,

This might look funny and also much easier for you
gurus in linux,but im facing this problem in my REDHAT
Linux version 9.0. I'm not able to make my NIC work in
Full Duplex Mode, If any of you are familiar in this
concept, kindly help me. Thanks in advance for all
your help gurus.
