SUMMARY: RH7.3 killall problem

Hi Everyone,

I managed to get the problem fixed after trying a few things:
Stupid of me not to check if ALL nfs processes on the remote nfs server is running
simple by doing ./nfs stop ; nfs start

that will take all the procs out of D state on your local machine that uses nfs( uninterruptable sleep )

kill wont do a thing to that kinda of process

Also another thing that might help:

when u mount a FS, u can specify a mount option with hard || soft,
hard will cause your system to hang when the mount is not available,
soft will timeout the mount after a while

man mount

Thanks for everyone who helped!!!!!!!!

Jandre
