Remote Access Card

I just got finished configuring several Dell DRAC II cards for some of
our remote systems and I would like to get a card like it for my
non-Dell server. I would like to get everyone's options on a remote
access card. I am looking for one that can be used over an ethernet
connection and not a modem line. I figured this list would give me some
good starting points.
