Printing to Solaris 8 lpd server

Dear All,

I am trying to get a linux client to print to a lpd server running on
Solaris 8.

I currently send out all the information about the printers via NIS and
ideally i would like to do that on the linux clients also.

Is there a way to do this ? What do i need to say if anything, in
/etc/nsswitch.conf ?
