iptables + filtering outside ipaddresses

Hi there,

I'm struggling with filtering outside addresses with iptables,

I;ve got a 66.8.29.80/29 block given by my ISP, and would like to filter 
addressess in that range,

say my firewall is 66.8.29.81 and my mailserver 66.8.29.84,

I;ve tried my implementation and it works, but not the way I would like to,

If anyone can supply me an  example of this method, I would really 
appreciate
