Port forwarding

Hi all
Well i  have a situation here.I have a router that forwards ports to my 
linux machine say A and  there is another linux machine B .Now i want 
that port 25 forwarded to my both machines .Is it posiible or if i can 
forward my emails for particular user to my Linux machine B.Any 
suggestions what can i do or can i use like ipchains or iptables to 
forward mails from my linux machine A to my linux machine B.
