NTFS support under RH

Managers,

what is the status of NTFS support? Last time I saw something about it,
it was R/O and not very stable, but that was more than two years ago. Is
it included in new Red Hat distos? I would like to have a dual-boot
WinXP/RH machine with a large shared data disk, and it seems that FAT32
would waste too much space.
