mail system for office using dialup connection

Hi,

I have a Linux server with occasional dialup access to the internet.  The
users in our company have there SMTP and POP3 server on the Internet.  I
want to fetch all the mails of those users and put it in the local server from
where it will be fetched.  There should be provision for users to sent
mail that will be queued on our server and sent when connected to the
Internet.

please tell me the configuration of fetchmail and sendmail for this
purpose.  Also how the local users have to be created.  How should the
.fetchmailrc defined.  Should we put the fetchmailrc be put in the home
directory of each of the users.
