problem in linux 7.2

dear managers 
i m facing two  problems here on Linux 7.2 

1)I m trying to configure Specialix ISA card on linux
7.2 ( this card is used to connect dumb terminals from
server) but i cant get configured .........  i dont
know whats the problem but i cant get this working 

2)i m also having problems with serial communication
on Linux 7.2 

can any one of u gurus help me out in these issues 
i m in a hurry
