Well, it was, read the mail you quoted :-) The question is how 
significant changes there are between 2.6.21-200823maemo6 and 
2.6.21-200829maemo1.

I guess the changelog is inside the kernel-flasher deb but since the 
update repo is protected with super secret password (which I did not 
figure out, no kidding) and docpurge rules on tablet make sure Changelog 
is quarantined and the deb itself is removed after update it is a bit 
tricky to have a peek :-)
