Ok. I will try 3.0.43 later. But what kind of bug is it? Where i

well first is isolating the issue, if you are using git for the kernel then you can hard reset to previous versions until you find a good one(kernel version), then bisect(hopefully) down to the problem code then you can determine from there what/where is the issue and who to email. also you can post to linux-kernel and they can help you since this seems to be a kernel issue as well.
