some question about gadget acm

hi all:
we register acm_connect and acm_disconnect in acm_bind_config on acm->port.
But I cannot find where and when we will call these 2 functions.

from the functions content, they seem to let host know the device try
to disconnect/connect.
If my observation is correct, who is doing this job?
