[PATCH 0/3] Misc DWC3 patches

These patchset prevents one crash and then some unnecessary warning in
one particular scenario. If you run any isoc in transfer and then
disconnect the cable, crash scenario can be reproduced.

  USB: DWC3: Do not assign null values to some dep field until xfer is
    stopped
  USB: DWC3: In case of end xfer completion do the cleanup only if req
    is queued
