[PATCH 0/6] usb: dwc3: a few fixes/improvements

Hi Felipe,

This is a redo of patch 2 from my hibernation series, split
up like you asked for. There's nothing really specific to
hibernation here, so I think these can be applied without
waiting for the rest of the series.
