uvcvideo: Failed to submit URB 0 (-28)

Hi,

I started to have this issue with 3.1.3, never before with this webcam:

Bus 002 Device 003: ID 05a9:2640 OmniVision Technologies, Inc. OV2640 Webcam

Greg asked for a bisect in a similar thead here but Laurent had a guess
in other mailing list, i reverted it and now works fine.
