As hso lives under drivers/net/ it is going in via Jeff's network driver
tree, like the other usb network drivers.  I have been queuing up
patches myself for the hso driver and then sending them to Jeff, just
because I was acting as the maintainer of the driver for now.

I'm more than willing to continue to do this for hso, but you might just
want to send your hso patches directly to Jeff as well.
