How to handle Report descriptor for HID ?

Hi,
          I am implementing USB based Keyboard. I have the doubt about " 
how to include report Descriptor for HID keyboard".  Any  settings has 
to be done with the  other descriptors, I mean as HID descriptor is also 
included with configuration descriptor along with interface and endpoint 
descriptor.
